If you can’t choose between swimming, cycling or running, then why not do all three?

Local athletics and triathlon club, Team Kennet, caters for all levels of ability in Triathlon. They also organise the popular annual Newbury Triathlon, a super sprint event which takes place at Northcroft Leisure Centre each September. Swim 300 yards in the outdoor heated lido, cycle 22km along some of Newbury’s finest county roads, and finish with a 5km run through the beautiful Speen Moors, crossing the finish line to the cheers of spectators in Northcroft Park.

Newbury triathlon is ideal for first-timers and perfectly placed for hitting the town centre’s pubs and restaurants for a well-earned feast once you’ve conquered the course.
