SUMMARY:ShakeItUp: The Improvised Shakespeare Show
DESCRIPTION:Shakespeare hasn’t written anything new for an age\, so we thought we would give him a hand… Using his language\, your audience suggestions\, and our overactive imaginations\, ShakeItUp create a brand-new Shakespeare play live on stage. \nPick your authentic Shakespearean genre: Epic History\, Romantic Comedy\, or Gruesome Tragedy! Pen your wittiest Shakespearean line for our brave actors to pull from their suitably-Shakespearean breeches when they need a helping hand – the twist? They’ll have no idea what the line will be before they say it! \nThen sit back and watch the hilarity unfold in a totally bonkers play that Willy Shakes himself would be proud of. Expect big laughs\, high drama\, and plenty of Bard-based Bedlam! \nShakeItUp Theatre launched The Improvised Shakespeare Show in 2018. Since then they have performed well over 100 totally improvised Shakespeare plays to audiences across the UK\, from the Minack Theatre in Cornwall\, to London’s The Other Palace\, and to the Edinburgh Fringe; even performing internationally in Italy\, Poland\, and Germany.

SUMMARY:Ruby Wax: Absolutely Famous
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy this candid live show from American-British comedian\, writer\, and television presenter. \nIt’s almost easier to say whom Ruby Wax DIDN’T meet\, interview and coax fascinating insights from in her huge TV shows ‘Ruby Wax Meets’ and ‘The Full Wax’. \nThrough her two hit TV shows\, Ruby Wax met them all\, Donald Trump\, OJ Simpson\, Pamela Anderson\, Madonna and many more. Her provocative\, abrasive\, incomparable style was – just about – kept in check by lifelong friend and A-list producer\, Clive Tulloh. \nTogether live on stage they review clips from the extraordinary shows\, tell scandalous stories never before heard – and take the audience along for the ride.

SUMMARY:Seth Lakeman
DESCRIPTION:Seth Lakeman was catapulted into the music mainstream when he was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 2005 for his album Kitty Jay. \nHis follow up was the gold-selling Freedom Fields and Seth celebrates the 20th anniversary of the original release of that album with two huge tours in May and October 2026. Freedom Fields\, which includes Lady of the Sea\, King and Country and White Hare was released twice in 2006. Produced by his brother Sean Lakeman it came out on iScream and was then re-released by Relentless (EMI) where it went on to become Seth’s first of 6 UK Top 40 albums. \nFreedom Fields helped Seth build on his traditional cult following but found him a whole new audience for his rhythmic\, captivating brand of indie-folk song writing. He was named Folk Singer of the Year\, and Freedom Fields awarded Album Of The Year at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in 2007. Multiple albums\, tours and high-profile collaborations later\, the acclaimed folk artist released his latest studio album The Granite Way\, in February 2025 on his own label\, Honour Oak Records. This is a collection of songs recorded alongside a group of longtime collaborators of Seth’s\, staying true to his roots and referring to ancient stories that inspired early West Country storytelling on albums like Kitty Jay and Freedom Fields.
