DESCRIPTION:101 is a major centre for the development of outdoor arts and work for public spaces – a unique creation space on Greenham Business Park in Newbury that offers rehearsal and making space to artists from across the world every week of the year. \nIt is responsible for the spectacular outdoor programme in Newbury\, which over the last 10 years has transformed our town centre with fire\, giant puppets\, deft defying circus\, dance and more. \nIt also offers training\, internships\, workshops and volunteering opportunities for people of all ages and abilities in West Berkshire. \nOn Tuesday 14th October\, you can book in to visit the site’s open day between 4pm and 6pm\, where you can have a look around the facilities\, explore giant puppet mechanisms\, try some circus skills\, discover what happens at 101 and find out about opportunities to get involved.
