Starting on Tuesday 18th January, this 8-week course held at Newbury’s iconic West Berkshire Museum and hosted by tutor David Peacock, runs until Tuesday 15th March 2022, 1.30pm-3.30pm every Tuesday afternoon (excluding Tuesday 22nd February, half-term school holiday).

Whether you’re a local Newburian or history-buff, this history course is ideal for those of you keen to learn about the history of Newbury (a whole 2,000 years of it!) from the man who truly knows his stuff, having studied Jack of Newbury and the Tudor Cloth Industry during his Ph.D, and author of ‘The Story of Newbury’.
