DESCRIPTION:The 60th instalment of the world-renowned exhibition\, on loan from the Natural History Museum in London\, comes to The Base this summer. \nFrom 10am-5pm Tuesday-Sunday\, stunning images will be on display as Wildlife Photographer of the Year returns to The Base Gallery with 100 stunning photographs showcasing Earth’s extraordinary diversity and highlighting the fragility of wildlife on our planet. \nThe world-renowned exhibition will open at The Base on Friday 6 June\, featuring exceptional images that capture fascinating animal behaviour\, spectacular species and the breathtaking diversity of the natural world. Using photography’s unique emotive power to engage and inspire audiences\, the images shine a light on stories and species around the world and encourage a future of advocating for the planet. \nEstablished in 1965\, it highlights exceptional talent worldwide.
