SUMMARY:Restart a Heart: CPR Workshops
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wanted to save a life? \nBetter Newbury is running free-to-attend CPR workshops on 15th and 16th October. \nThe local fitness centre is taking part in the Restart a Heart campaign – a nationwide initiative to improve survival rates from out-of-hospital cardiac arrests\, which affect 30\,000 people each year (that’s over 80 people each day). \nThese workshops are designed to improve people’s knowledge and anyone is welcome to join\, regardless of age or current skill level.
