Crafty Craft 2020

Newbury Business Improvement District (BID) are pleased to announce that Crafty Craft 2020 will be taking place on 10th May.

Newbury Business Improvement District (BID), who run Visit Newbury, is excited to announce that applications are now open for Crafty Craft 2020.

The popular annual event will take place on 10th May 2020, seeing handmade rafts take to the water and paddle their way from Kintbury to Newbury. This year’s theme is ‘Taste of Japan’, inspired by the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, and we can’t wait to see how creative the crafts will be.

We’d love to see teams from local companies, organisations, sports clubs and community groups compete in this fantastic event, raising money for this year’s local charity, the National Animal Welfare Trust Berkshire. The event will end with a celebration fete in Victoria Park, with market stalls and entertainment.
